Q1: What kind of products do you sell?

A: We sell essentials that help you express your style! This includes high-quality, trend-setting accessories like phone cases and comfortable, stylish apparel like socks. Everything we offer is curated for its quality and unique design.

Q2: Do you have a physical shop? Where are you located?

A: Yes, we do! You can find us at our office/store located on Nii Sai Rd, East Legon in Accra. You are welcome to visit us for pickups or to see our collection in person.

Q3: Do you offer custom designs (like adding my name or photo)?

A: Currently, no. We focus on being curators—we source the best pre-designed, high-quality items from around the world. This allows us to offer you the widest range of trending styles instantly.

Q4: Are your items always in stock?

A: We work hard to keep everything you see on the website in stock and ready to go. We handle all inventory ourselves in Accra, so there are no long international waiting times. If an item is out of stock, we’ll let you know immediately!

Delivery & Shipping

Q5: How fast can I get my order?

A: Very fast!

  • In Accra: We usually deliver on the same day or the next day.
  • Outside Accra: It typically takes 1 to 3 working days for your package to reach you.

Q6: How do I pay the delivery fee?

A: The delivery fee is separate from the price of your item. You will pay the delivery charge directly to the courier or rider when you receive your package. We will confirm the exact amount with you before we dispatch your order.

Q7: Can I track my package?

A: Absolutely!

  • Local (Accra): Our rider will call or WhatsApp you directly when they are coming to your location.
  • Regional (Outside Accra): We will give you a tracking ID (waybill number) so you can monitor your package’s journey with the courier (like VIP or FedEx).

Returns & Exchanges

Q8: What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged one?

A: We apologize if that happens! We have a simple solution: You must check your item before the delivery rider leaves.

  • If you see damage, or if the item is the wrong fit, wrong color, or wrong type (e.g., the wrong sock size or wrong phone model): Reject it immediately.
  • Hand the item back to the rider, and we will arrange to send the correct replacement to you at no extra cost.

Q9: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

A: We offer an Exchange Only policy for faulty items, but we generally do not offer refunds or accept returns if you simply change your mind about the style or color after accepting the delivery. All sales are considered final once you’ve confirmed the item is correct with the rider.

Q10: What makes a product non-returnable?

A: To be eligible for exchange (in case of a defect), the item must be brand new. We cannot accept any items that have been used, worn, installed, or if they are missing their original packaging and tags.
