1. Definitions and Acceptance

1.1. Parties

  • 1.1.1. "Casestody X Greysole" / "We" / "Us" refers to the retailer of curated quality goods, including tech accessories, apparel, and socks, operating in Ghana.
  • 1.1.2. "Customer" / "You" refers to the person or entity purchasing Products from Casestody X Greysole.
  • 1.1.3. "Products" refers to the goods, apparel, accessories, and other items sold by Casestody X Greysole.

1.2. Acceptance

  • 1.2.1. By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.

2. Product Information and Intellectual Property Disclaimer

2.1. Product Nature and Customization

  • 2.1.1. Nature of Products: Casestody X Greysole operates as a retailer and curator of imported mobile and lifestyle accessories. We do not manufacture or customize the Products ourselves.
  • 2.1.2. No Custom Orders: We do not offer personalized services (e.g., custom images, names) and only sell pre-designed, imported inventory.

2.2. Intellectual Property

  • 2.2.1. Casestody X Greysole retails products imported from global manufacturers. We do not claim ownership of the intellectual property, trademarks, or designs featured on these Products unless explicitly stated.
  • 2.2.2. By purchasing Products, you acknowledge that Casestody X Greysole is not the original designer or manufacturer.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Pricing and Errors

  • 3.1.1. All prices for Products are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
  • 3.1.2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • 3.1.3. In the event of a manifest error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform the Customer immediately.

3.2. Delivery Charges

  • 3.2.1. The listed Product price does not include delivery fees. Delivery fees are borne by the Customer.
  • 3.2.2. Delivery fees are calculated based on the Customer’s location and the chosen shipping method.

3.3. Payment Methods

  • 3.3.1. We accept payment via Mobile Money (MoMo), bank transfer, or cash on delivery (for local Accra deliveries).

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • 4.1.1. Stock: All Products listed are held in stock at our Accra location for immediate dispatch upon order confirmation.
  • 4.1.2. Confirmation: Orders are not officially accepted until confirmed by a representative of Casestody X Greysole via phone or WhatsApp.

4.2. Delivery Timeframes

  • 4.2.1. Local (Accra): Same-day or Next-day delivery is generally achieved, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee.
  • 4.2.2. Regional (Outside Accra): Delivery is typically 1 to 3 working days, depending on the courier service chosen.

4.3. Risk of Loss

  • 4.3.1. The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Customer upon dispatch to the chosen courier service or delivery rider.
  • 4.3.2. We will provide tracking information and reasonably assist the Customer in tracking the parcel.

5. Inspection, Returns, and Warranty

5.1. No Implied Warranty

  • 5.1.1. Casestody X Greysole provides no express or implied warranties regarding the Products, other than that the Products will materially conform to their description at the time of sale.

5.2. Mandatory Customer Inspection

  • 5.2.1. The Customer must inspect the Products for accuracy (correct size, model, colour) and visible defects in the presence of the delivery rider before accepting the delivery.

5.3. Return and Exchange Policy

  • 5.3.1. Immediate Defect/Mismatch: If the Product has a visible defect or is a mismatch to the order, the Customer must reject the item and hand it back to the rider immediately. Casestody X Greysole will then arrange for an exchange at no extra cost.
  • 5.3.2. Post-Delivery Claims: Casestody X Greysole generally does not accept returns or exchanges for defects discovered after the rider has left. Such claims are subject to conversation with and the sole discretion of Casestody X Greysole management.
  • 5.3.3. No "Change of Mind" Returns: Casestody X Greysole does not accept returns for "change of mind" or dissatisfaction with style/color once the item has been accepted at delivery. Products sold are final sale, save for the exceptions noted above.
  • 5.3.4. Return Location: Approved returns must be physically returned to the Casestody X Greysole store location as agreed upon with customer service.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. General Exclusion

  • 6.1.1. Casestody X Greysole shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products.

6.2. Maximum Liability

  • 6.2.1. Casestody X Greysole's total liability for any claim arising from a sale shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific Product in question.

7. Governing Law

7.1. Jurisdiction

  • 7.1.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

By purchasing from Casestody X Greysole, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
